Encara que potser no per a tothom aquests són dies agradables i feliços, suposo que sí que són dies per tots d'alguna manera especials, els de Nadal, i que poc o molt hi ha un sentiment al darrere. Avui m'agradaria desitjar-vos un bon Nadal :-) Teniu dues opcions a escollir: la primera, més emotiva -i potser un xic trista-, una música preciosa de la pel·lícula Joyeux Noël (Feliz Navidad), basada en els fets reals de fraternització entre soldats alemanys, francesos i escocesos en la nit de Nadal de 1914, durant la Primera Guerra Mundial quan, al front de batalla, van decidir fer una petita treva no oficial, deixar de matar-se mutuament i compartir uns moments de pau plegats. La cançó es titula Hymne Des Fraternisés (I'm Dreaming Of Home) i crec que és molt, molt bonica. Qui vulgui una opció més animada, però, que esculli la segona, que també va de soldats ;-)

So, I would like to wish you a Merry Christmas today :-) You have two options now here: the first one, much more moving and emotive, is the Hymne Des Fraternisés (I'm Dreaming Of Home), a really nice song from the movie Joyeux Noël (Merry Christmas). This movie is based on the true events that occurred on Christmas Eve and on Christmas Day in 1014, during World War I, when German, French and Scottish soldiers had an unexpected and unofficial truce, gradually dropped their guns and weapons aside for a while, and decided to spend the journey in peace all together, in "no man's land". Cada petit canvi de posició és un moviment que s'ha portat a terme manualment, i amb cada petit canvi de posició es realitza una nova captura d'imatge. Així, al final, sembla que els ninots es moguin sols. I fer que els moviments coincideixin amb la música... increïble!!

I really liked a lot this stop motion video clip when I first saw it. In stop motion, every little move of the characters is performed manually, and move by move, a new capture is taken with a cam. At the end, the characters seem to act by themselves. More to that, they move according to the music, how awesome is that?

Companyies de telefonia que acaben amb la salut dels seus clients a l'hora de -pobres miserables atrevits insensats!!- gosar donar-se de baixa -però com van gosar!!-. Renoi, com pot ser que tinguin tantes operadores diferents, aquesta gent? Tot un récord en plantilla. Supermercats que a caixa marquen imports a productes que, si per aquelles remotes circumstàncies t'hi havies fixat, veuràs que no és el preu que tu has vist al prestatge quan has escollit el suc de tomàquet més econòmic perquè gairebé no arribes a final de mes. Qui s'hi fixa, quan fa la compra, en el preu de vint o trenta productes diferents? Multes injustes, impostos de sota la màniga, corrupció i més corrupció, egoísme, estafa... Quin gran robatori que és aquesta vida, però com es pot viure així!! Tant costa preguntar-nos què estem fent?? Cap on estem anant?? Hi ha nord? Hi ha sud? Està tot i estem tots completament girats?? Aquí va una música que m'agrada molt, i que a més clama a la justícia!! ;-)

Were you going for the cheapest offers because your salary is not considering shellfish as an option? Just forget it! Unfair fines, taxes built out of thin air, corruption and more corruption, selfishness, scam... This life is such a huge robbery, how can we live like that?? What are we doing?? Where are we going?? Increïblement meravellós. Impressionant. Sense paraules! Amb només 10 anys, Zara Larsson (Estocolm, Suècia) es va presentar al concurs de talent del seu país, i el va acabar guanyant (2008). Quina veu, i quina força! Que gran és la música, i més amb talents com aquest rondant pel món. Si podeu, no us ho perdeu.

Incredibly marvellous. Impressive. Speechless! The Swedish 10-year-old Zara Larsson was a contestant at a talent show in Sweden, which she finally won (2008). What a voice, and what a strength! How grand is music, and even more with talents like this. Loudspeakers on and... enjoy!

Una interpretació molt curiosa de l' "Ària" de Bach. El vocal és Bobby McFerrin, intèrpret a cappella i director d'orquestra. Realment, aquest home té "cordes" vocals, eh! Escoltant aquesta obra un pot imaginar-se que la melodia l'està emetent un instrument de corda, tipus una viola o un violoncel, i sembla que en realitat sigui així! Bobby McFerrin és conegut per tenir un rang vocal molt ampli (de quatre octaves!) i per la seva habilitat d'utilitzar la veu per crear efectes sonors.

A very singular performance of Bach's "Air". The vocal here is Bobby McFerrin, a famous singer of a cappella music and conductor, well known because of his ability to create sound effects with his voice, and because he has a really wide vocal range (it spans four octaves!). If you listen to this piece, you'll see that this man has actual vocal "cords", or "strings", as you can imagine the melody is being played by a string instrument, and it appears to be true.

Ohh, que gran és la música! Si teniu bons altaveus a l'ordinador... preciós! A mi aquest vídeo em fa posar la pell de gallina, i més havent vist la pel·lícula...
